Hey nation got to give a low down on the truck its an early 03 60 its has had an egr delete hpopnew injectorsand as of recent a new ipr valve.

. I can let it cool for a couple hours and it will crank and run until i shut it down then no start. No crank no start when cold when turn the key to start the truck check to see if you 12v on fuse 31 on inside fuse box. 60s FICMs and cold-startcold-running issues.

When I did air leak testing almost no air leak heard from engine oil cap area. Seems like a low injector control pressure situation. 85 and drops to the 30-40s during cranking.

Well i have been working on a buddies 2005 60 powerstroke i just put a new stc fitting because of a no start issue also put a ipr on and changed fuel filters and motor oil it has ran great after that started right up when cold and hot and has 700 or so miles on it since the stc and ipr the truck has 70000 miles on.
